i tried to use this architect after getting some positive feedback from 4-5 yrs ago. I don't know if something has changed but for us this was a terrible experience. After over 1 year we still had no proper plans despite giving him a very detailed brief and floor plans that had been prepared by another firm for our previous house in Sydney as a basis.We tried to get quotes form 4 different buildng firms, all of them told us that they could not even quote from what we had given them because of lack of detail and blatant errors. Months old versions were submitted to council (inclduing the old plans for the sydney house with our old address on them) and rejected. we ended up scrapping everything that this guy had done (and we had paid thousands for) and starting again with another firm who provided an excellent service

I've had a few houses Designed by G.hills and partners, Every time they have been a pleasure to work with and always help come up with a great design for A reasonable price. look Forward to working with them again on the next one.
