Ultimo were an integral part of our surprise wedding, and truly helped to make it the best night ever. Vanessa was so good to us in the lead up, and the staff took amazing care of the entire crowd on the night. The food and service are unbeatable! We couldn't have been more pleased.

After doing our research we decided to go with Ultimo Catering for my wife's 50th birthday celebration. We picked out dishes from a great and extensive menu, and on the night over an hour before the party, the servers and chef turned up and starting busily preparing everything for service.The food was brilliant, the servers were friendly, attentive and very professional. They even thought to keep any left overs in containers and popped it into our fridge so we could enjoy the delicious catering the next day. The kitchen was left spotless at the end of service.Ultimo are not the cheapest, but if you have ever been to a catered event and found the food or service less than wonderful, with Ultimo your guests will leave raving about the food, and that reflects on your hospitality ethos.I do not write many reviews, but we used Google reviews to help us select the right caterers, and we hope this review will help you decide on catering for your next event. We are very happy with our choice of Ultimo Catering.

Ultimo catered a business function for my firm and the menu was both broad and interesting, the delivery flawless, it tasted amazing and the feedback from my guests en masse, overwhelmingly positive. They made our event stand out, and I couldn't be happier with how easy they were to deal with and their professionalism. Definitely recommend for busy professionals to take the burden of event catering away and turn it into a joy.

Was at a function catered by Ultimo at Perth Town Hall. I only have one word...ULTIMATE....Delicious and Innovative gourmet experience.Absolute must have, if you want your guests impressed.EMILY and ZOE are the real superstars. Absolute professionals and friendly. There could be nothing too much for them.Every special need was well catered for. They ran the event with Panache and style.Very impressed.Keep it up.

We had our wedding while Covid restrictions were really kicking off in Perth. Vanessa at Ultimo went above and beyond to help us save our wedding. The owners at Ultimo helped us so much along the way also when we continued to have issues with our venues. Vanessa was extremely easy to contact and was in touch whenever we needed anything.In the end, not only did Ultimo provide us with incredible food and bar service at our wedding, but they also ended up providing us with the actual venue for our wedding! It was the extra little things they did that meant the world to us and meant our night could run so smoothly, such as sorting out the bride and groom with a cocktail and some canapes as soon as we arrived to the reception and were both starving, helped family members find batteries for their cameras, topped up guests drinks during speeches, helped us with extra glassware when ours ran out and were just downright absolute legends.Vanessa, who ran our event stayed way later than she was suppose to to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and Clark, one of the owners also popped down to congratulate us. The bar staff were all absolutely lovely too and did a great job at ensuring all our guests were well fed which can be tricky sometimes with cocktail style weddings.Our guests all reported they loved the food. Our favourites on the menu were the Oysters, Korean sticky fried chicken, mushroom risotto and the beef cheek with creamy mash. Incredible food and incredible team. Could not fault a single thing they did. Highly recommend to anyone holding an event!!

Ultimo recently catered a 50th birthday celebration at home. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fabulous. Chef Luke and Brooke were amazing, very friendly and professional. The menu options were extensive and very well presented. We would highly recommend Ultimo to anyone planning their own special event! Thank you

We had Ultimo cater for our son's 4th birthday party and let me just say, it was the best one ever! The food was absolutely delicious - fresh ingredients dressed with care. We had a vegetarian only menu and the variety offered was a lot more than your usual veg offerings.The highlight would have to be the staff though - Nate, Mary & Will were brilliant - warm, friendly and keen to help. If you are having a party with kids, I highly recommend you ask for this team :) Our Chef was a quiet achiever - he kept the delicious food coming.None of this would have been possible without Savannah - she helped organise it all.
