Out of all the trades I’ve hired and renovations I have had done over the years, Smarter Renovations have been the most professional and reliant. Bruce, Jake and the team gave me exactly what I wanted and always took my opinion on board. Highly recommend!

We renovated our bathroom with SRD and are very happy with the results. The initial planning and consultation phase with Bruce was smooth and handled really well, and Jake and his team did a great job with the fit-out. The project was delayed a few times due to COVID restrictions and the construction ban, but everything was handled as well as it could have been under the circumstances. The guys were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate using them again in future.

Incredible job completed on a bathroom renovation. Well priced service. They kept me up to date regularly on progress, used quality parts and delivered a quality service.

If there will be Zero rating, I would like to give this Rude manner customer service!! We google this company to seek for a renvoation on our bathroom, and the guy who pick up the phone call today was talking with rude manner. We ask whether the renvoation can offer certificate like plumber work a electricial work, the guy said how much is your project? $15000 renvoation is just a small and cheap budget for our team, and we could not offer you any certificate! Our team would not like to communicate with you bc this small cheap budget! WTH, I can't believe my ear that there ll be a such unprofessional service attitude deliver to a customer! Never recommended to anyone, such a unrespectful customer service!Update: After this review, we got a call from this company, the guy's language is unfriendly and requested us to delete this review! Firstly, I have to voice out that we hadn't even discussed our expectation with this company via the phone, only be asked how much is our budget for renovation project. We hadn't talked we want a deluxe finish with 15K budget! Therefore, this is not a slander to this service while saying our expectation had not been reached. Secondly, Jeremy who picked up the phone call said he spent 10 mins in this conversation ,and he just emphasize there would not be offered any certificate for electrical work under $750!! When we question this regulation, he told us to get another service from outer sources, expressing his un-patience via the phone then he hang up the line without any manner! Thirdly, the follow-up call was rude and we felt the language was intimidated. There was totally no any honest apology!!!

I was asked to leave a review for the renovation they did for us last year. I am happy with the workmanship they provided, boys are hard working, The only issue we had with them was that they completed the reno one week over than i expected, cant complain too much. Well done
