I had a very low budget and know that with some agents they would not give you the time of day to answer the questions. However Karen and Carmen were AMAZING. We applied for a house and provided all required documents. And tried to communicate however they never answer phone calls, zero information about process. Just awfulEdit: We only spoke one time with your staff and they said Samantha is not available! And we send emails about references, updating application and you didn’t answer. Why you are lying to cover your awful service?

Buying an Investment Property through Property Zest was a very easy and pleasant experience. Being an interstate investor I needed someone who could advise me on the best suburbs for my budget and give me some guidance on the right property.Karen and her team were fantastic and really understood my requirements and taste and provided me with comprehensive reports and suburb profiles which helped to narrow down the potential areas for investment. Jade, my buyer's agent, was really on the ball and selected great potential properties for me that really matched my taste and investor profile. My interactions with Jade were very friendly and relaxed and I truly enjoyed working with her.
