Experience there was bad walked into find a wide foot boot found a few pairs one in my budget but wrong colour when asked if she had black said yes and pulled more expensive shoes out. other 2 way over budget told sales assistant that I had a budget she tried to double it by showing more expensive shoes

The manager in this store, Theresa (I think this was her name on her badge) was yelling at her staff member in front of other customers. It was so awkward to witness. You could cut the tension with a knife whenever you go in there. Great store but terrible management.
