Body Corporate Choice have provided knowledgeable and professional management of our complex for over 15 years. As Secretary, I have found our Strata Manager, Lisa, to be exceptional in the service she provides. She unfailingly provides timely and efficient responses to all matters raised by both the committee and owners alike. She is always available to discuss matters and to assist in resolving issues in an effective, friendly, and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa and the team at Body Corporate Choice.

I work in a strata related business where we deal with a very large number of strata organisations and on the whole the interactions are not fantastic. What a difference though with Lisa and Body Corporate Choice. Contracts back signed and completed literally the same day I send them, nothing ever too much trouble. The efficiency level is off the charts which is a huge help given the size of our business and how time poor we are. Can't recommend Lisa and Body Corporate Choice enough!

The most reliable and helpful body Corp. I have experienced a couple of different body Corp managers and this one is by far the best I have dealt with. They go above and beyond to offer advice, they return every email and even phone me back! They assist in managing complex disputes and don’t act as only messengers. I have found them very helpful the last three years I haven’t regretted switching.

The absolute worst. I held off on posting this review because I still have to deal with them. I was worried posting a negative review could result in them not helping me resolve issues at my place of business. But I’ve realised they literally couldn’t provide worst service than they currently do so I might as well post this! I would give them zero stars if possible

We make up a small block of 4 units and have nothing but high praise for Irene at Body Corporate Choice.Nothing is a problem and Irene makes the relationship a whole lot easier due to her professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, responsiveness and her caring attitude.Would have no hesitation in recommending Irene and Body Corporate Choice.

We are a small complex of 6 townhouses in Burleigh Waters. After several years of ongoing battles with Body Corporate Choice, we are so relieved to switch to a competent provider.The service provided by Body Corporate Choice has been absolutely awful - I highly recommend that you search elsewhere if you'd like a competent provider. Body Corporate Choice made every engagement difficult. The staff are clearly undertrained and cannot provide adequate service because they just don't know what they're doing.We all had problems dealing with the company including unlawful decision processes, contradictory advice, rude staff who would hang up on us when they couldn't answer our questions and an inability by staff (including management) to acknowledge their failures as a service provider.Don’t waste your money on these guys, you'll be better off with anyone else on the Gold Coast. Since switching providers and experiencing great service elsewhere, it’s highlighted just how bad Body Corporate Choice is.

I have had dealings with Body Corporate Choice with three separate properties over a period of many, many years, and I have found them to be knowledgable, prompt, effective and efficient for all our normal business procedures, and when we've needed some extra help when unexpected issues have arisen. I make special mention of Irene who is a star in my eyes. Her assistance and patience are always outstanding and always goes that extra mile to make things 'just happen'. Thank you to all the staff who back Irene up and simply make that much easier as an owner in a body corporate environment. First class.

Completely useless body corporate service. Had so many problems with this company who cannot manage even the most basic matters. Everyone who dealt with them had terrible experiences.We finally got away from Body Corporate Choice and found a good company to look after us. Within the first days of being with the new company they discovered that Body Corporate Choice had been paying an energy company a daily fee for 7 years from our sinking fund for a service that had ended 7 years earlier.Body Corporate Choice is completely incompetent. I expect they’ve had family/friend provide fake positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.
