Awesome experience with the most helpful staff bought a jacket for my daughter and got a nice discount just for signing up so always ask stores about membership you can save big $$

We came here for an online pick up and it was straightforward and quick with a friendly member of staff.

Spent hours in store over 2 days trying to get gear for a cold weather trip. All the staff were incredibly helpful! They found different sizes and colours of hats and sleeping bags and gave some good travel tips. Highly recommend stopping by

*** This review is for the Fountain Gate location and it’s employees specifically ***WOW! What amazingly lovely and helpful staff! Basically - I had a $10 voucher (for spending a certain amount) and a $20 birthday voucher. At the time I was in store there was a promotion that was “spend $150 get $50 off (and I think spend $250 get $100 off) I had chosen a couple items which totalled to $155 (which would qualify for the $50 off) but due to me taking the $10 and $20 off in this purchase also, it took the $50 off promotion off the purchase. Long story short they made it work and I ended up getting all $80 off my purchase.. which they did not at all have to do! They went above and beyond and were all so lovely! I’m sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember their names.. but you guys know who you are! All very lovely staff!! :)

They had a smaller stock range than I was hoping, as I'm preparing for a long walk. But the staff were very helpful and I got some great important items on my list at a reasonable price.
