Had a problem with the caravan fridge not staying cool enough googled how to replace the seal looked doable so bought a seal and took the door off and decided it was a bit out of my capabilities rang seal a fridge in ballarat and explained my problem with fitting it and he didn't like the fact that i'd bought the seal and said why don't you fit it yourself and just gave me the run around !! I just found him rude and very unhelpful !! Very poor customer service !!
