No excuses r considered by them especially when trying to find a car park with trailer attached to ute (car) when trailer parking signs r up some business in logan full of cars buses trucks etc revenue raising i find more and more in poorer eara's tribe of juda helps with cheep food . And get a fine 98$ then sper's 78$ on top 161$ for the 23$ saving i received from t.o.j . Tks logan city councils with number plate recognitions GREAT help my dsp go around

As a both a local real estate agent for many years and a Logan property owner 30 plus years I have always found the staff at LCC polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I recently spoke to Andrew from the Animal Management section who was outstandingly great! He deserves a promotion!

If you have a small unit on a large common property area, Logan City Council include the common areas towards estimating your council and land rates. This needs to be taken into account as the council rates are not in line with the income of rents making it difficult to maintain costs.

Absolute disgrace to know that LCC still uses foot traps. Currently being used in the more rural areas of LCC, not where I want my tax money going! Time to upgrade your pest management plans and keep up with the times.For all the budget LCC puts into environmental sectors and the effort that goes into their conservation initiatives, incredibly disappointing to know these barbaric traps are still in use.

After buying an investment property within logan we decided to visit to do a few Reno's and spent a few weeks in the logan area. I can't believe how clean and new everything looked. A very green nature friendly area whilst remaining busy due to offspills of the busy Brisbane city. Also every suburb having there own shopping areas and the roads all looking clean. Roads look very fresh. Nature strips are always weeded. Roundabouts have beautiful plants on the infill. Alot of the poles in suburbs all have hand painted pictures of Australian fauna and flora. Everything is accessible and suburbs also have signs and welcome signs. I wish our council would learn something down here in Newcastle from the logan council.

Please dont move to logan, their council members/staff bullied us. We bought a property in shailer park and they wanted us to knock down 3 fairly big structures. Their building guy Karl Maikin came to our house treated my dad who is from overseas and could not understand him really bad taking voice recordings of our interactions and many other things. A horrible council that is not worth moving your family to have a home in their area.

to the guys who just came and fixed the blocked sewer pit at 15 Bolan ct. thank you for your promt and quick service. as I explained the kids in the court play there every day. council should be proud to have great guys like you on their team
