Service from this company is diabolically bad - ask Hilton Surfers Paradise where lifts go down for days and no parts are available

Friendly and exciting

Terrible technicians and scary experience.I got stuck in an elevator between levels for two and half hours today.in Milton Brisbane. Took KONE technicians 40min to arrive after receiving the emergency message. What’s worse, the technicians spent over an hour running up and down doing test and checking, before they even attempted to get me out. It’s a bloody emergency when a passenger is stuck inside a faulty elevator, shouldn’t they try to let me out first then doing the tests. I seriously doubt KONEs protocol. In the end, the technicians blamed me for the delay as I “repeatedly open the lift doors”. Seriously? I only open the lift door twice, one on their arrival and one after waiting for an hour and wondering where the hell the technicians are. Terrible experience with KONE and if I can rate 0 star, I won’t hesitate.

Best quality lifts to this date, all other lift companies have gone down in quality over the years, but kone has stayed one of the longest lasting and best quality lift companies, the kone monospace and minispace is amazing for every application.
