Burwood Serviced Apartments

The new renovations and upgrades have really made a fantastic change, we often stay there when we come down to Melbourne, but this time was a pleasant surprise.A great place and great management personality. They helped me out when we needed it.Thank you

Exceptional quality accommodation.The service, bed, bathroom, furnishings, whitegoods, amenities and price are impressive. Apartment is as the pictures. Quiet suburb, beautiful area to enjoy coffee in the sun off the patio area. We stayed 11 nights. Both working from the apartment and was large enough to accommodate. Best accommodation compared to the Big Named, over priced conglomerates. Will definately stay again.

The Apartments are brand new , clean and beautifully presented. There was also an outside area for me to relax in and use the gym before work. Management were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

One Star as there was no other rating less than this. Booked well a week in advance until 1 hour before check-in. Nil communication up until. Phone message asking me to call back (of course I was mid-air on my flight so couldn't answer the call). Called them as soon as I landed as it sounded fishy. I spent the next 80 min on the phone and finally had the rudest and most arrogant person called Peter call me.I instantly could tell that they had stuffed up and were not going to honour the booking. Then states that the credit card was denied and I should apologize to him i.e Peter. Of course the CC was never declined and he was unable to provide any proof despite me asking him to send it across our try again. Had to call Expedia with whom I had booked and they instantly verified that my CC is not being declined. Expedia was nice enough to spend the next 2 hours on the phone and find me a better accommodation. For everything out there, stay away from this place. They probably sold out or just forgot to leave the keys and codes behind for check-in after 5 pm and then tried to blame me for it. It was obvious in Peter's voice that it's their fault but he was compensating for it with his rudeness and telling me not to come back.If Peter has a boss, I hope they read this. If not then, one of you is already in the process of writing a similar review.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment, has all the things we needed comfortable and beautifully presented. Staff was also very friendly and the booking process was easy to deal with.

Best don’t stay here. Utensils and plates are not clean. Towels seen better days and the staff are downright strange, especially the Manager. Stay at Quest down the road.

Perfect location.. close to Deakin.. Tram and bus stops... shopping, restaurants.. what more you can ask for.. Our first visit to Australia.. stayed here for 10 days.. great experience.. well equipped kitchen, washing machine.. loved this place.. will come back here again..

I needed a quiet, clean apartment to stay in for 2 weeks. These serviced apartments totally served this purpose. Will be back.

Very nice apartment and works perfect for a business trip and stay. The apartment is clean, offers a good space, good equipped with everything you need. A good choice.
