Rude staff on the only available register, I left the items I was hoping to buy behind (one of which I was looking forward to using) and left. I won't be returning!

I bought a pretty hair clip and on opening it at home, discovered it was broken. I took it back and after explaining to the manager who I thought would refund my $2. Oh no. Not her. Said it was on clearance" as one was missing. Would not have a bar of anything I said that it was actually worthless as it wouldnt clip on anyones hair. $2 is not much but it was the dismissive way I was treated. As a result I will never buy a thing from there again. Had I been reimbursed I would have enjoyed shopping there

I bought a four level cart yesterday and the pieces were faulty!Tried ringing store and got a voice mail!!!Zero customer service!!Now I have to drive 45km to get a refund!!! And 45km back home!!!Not happy at all!!Will drive back in after leaving voice message to get a refund and will NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN!
