Style on Empire

Professional yet friendly. Very comfortable facilities particularly for hair washing. A most pleasurable experience and I am delighted by the expertise of the hairdresser who cut and coloured my hair. Didn't cost a fortune either.

Went in for a cut at this place, to their credit they got me in straight away but that’s about as far as the positives go.. Didn’t offer to wash my hair, felt like the girl was rushing so she could get back to her lunch (cut took less than10min), didn’t bother to brush my face and neck down after she’d finished (hair all over my forehead and neck, now on my tshirt) and charged $40 for what was most definitely my worst experience at a hairdressers.. Disgraceful!Definitely won’t be back.. I originally tried at Salon Envy but would’ve had to wait 90min.. Definitely should’ve waited!

Best hairdressers in Mornington, really lovely experiences and love the way l get looked after..

With it being the Christmas month and needing my hair desperately done before I go overseas, I was lucky enough to get an appointment here. It took me an hour to get to this salon from where I live so I trusted they would do the job. I have been a blonde for two years. I asked for foils, a root stretch and for my weft extensions to be put back in. The ladies working there were lovely enough, however I do need to write my honest review. I walked out of the salon with brassy, orange hair. I tried to tell myself it wasn't that bad but it just became worse. I walked into a local salon and showed them my hair, to which they were mortified. They were kind enough to make it work and have me come in early in the morning of my weekend to try and fix it. Whilst attempting to fix my hair, the new hairdresser had also mentioned that Style on Empire had not only made my hair orange and brassy, but had forgotten a whole row of wefts in my hair. During Christmas time and going on a significant trip overseas, this has been my worst nightmare. I have contacted the salon asking for a refund but they have sadly refused. I'm so disappointed.

Love this little salon, big shout out to Lauren, who has done my hair extensions perfect colour match and everything for well over a year now and their amazing with hairstyling both with coloured braids and and making my hair look stunning before a night out, thanks girls!

Didn’t have a good experience at this hair dressers.Was in the salon for 2 hours, after trying to engage conversation dozens of times, my hair dresser couldn’t have cared less about talking to me. She was so rough while drying my hair, pulling it through her fingers to the point of my eyes welling up. I also left with my forehead and ears covered in dark brown dye. After I had said I had an important function in the city that night, in which I couldn’t scrub the dye off for. My mum and sister also came in to drop off a coffee and said they had said that they felt an awful vibe in the salon.Sorry girls but won’t be back!

Really disappointed today. Wanted regrowth sorted. 1st of all changed my appointment to a different time with a different hairdresser. Ok I agreed. I left the shop with dye all over my forehead and a dry off means your hair doesn't get brushed or even dried. All underneath my hair was wet, roots were all damp. Pointed it out to the girl who dried it again for another two minutes. Didn't even put my hair in my parting. Left hairdresser looking worse than when I went in!!! Did recommend this place to my friends after my last visit but sorry ladies this experience was a massive disappointment today.
