Worse experience ever VERY RUDE STAFF , no proper service, no coordination in between staff we did late check out one of the staff said 60$ on call and when I speak to reception they said 100$ for one hrs. Very disappointed. Who is charging 100$ per hrs .Worse experience will never come back

Service was great and very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and neat. HOWEVER, the walls are so thin I could hear the person next to us snoring ALLLLLLLL night, AND I had a white noise machine on for my baby.

Spur of the moment holiday was well worth it. The accommodation was fantastic and well priced.Rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel is well located on the Esplanade.Breakfast at the cafe was not really up to standard though.

Super happy with my stay. Nice and central. Room was a good, decent size. Plenty of parking. Only downside is I don't know if the spa in my room had the filters/pumps cleaned/serviced recently, because when I went to use the spa, the water went all cloudy, which didn't seem normal. Otherwise, can't fault this hotel!

Friendly service & good location. Enjoyed the clean indoor heated pool all to myself (they have a spa too). Good they have a king size bed BUT it was very uncomfortable/unsupportive, along with the pillows. Could hear the water pipes when the other room used the shower. Need to make the hallway entrance door to where all the rooms are to be soft closing as it slams & the nearby rooms would heat it going all day/night. Spacious enough corner shower. Handy place downstairs to have breakfast.

Adequate and clean. Stayed there looking forward to the 20m pool that’s mentioned in the website, must be 20m around the outside not 20m long. Also inadequately heated. Cafe run by hotel was quite nice but Melbourne prices. Only stayed 2 nights, wouldn’t return.

Seasoned property, no maintenance at all, noone comes out for room cleaning, pool and spa have not been cleaned in ages… sauna was broken down… room is ok with the spa but again no cleaning for spa. Not worth the price tag. Toiletries dispenser were all empty…, the plates n curtlery provided were also not clean upto the mark. Balcony facing the resort was useless. Honeymoon suite NOT!

I booked this super cozy courtyard view spa suite, and the room was just perfect. The receptionists were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. Just a heads up though, it seems like they don't provide toothbrushes, so make sure you bring your own. But they've got you covered with towels and all the other nice and clean amenities you'd expect. And the shower gel smelled absolutely amazing!The location is spot on, couldn't ask for better. The only thing is that onsite parking is a bit limited, so that could be a bit of an issue. But there's plenty of off-street parking available, so you'll find a spot without a problem.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Decided to go for the two bedroom apartment, because of the wonderful waterfront views depicted on the website. BEWARE. Only one of the 6 apartments has that view. Too deceptive for my liking

nice clean amenities, close to the city center.well-kept grounds, indoor pool.no problem in recommending the place.our room had a view of the jetty and traffic which was an added bonuswill visit in the future.
