I went in for water damage on screen was fine for the first hour then all of a sudden my phone wouldn’t let me do much while it was on charge it kept glitching and under the screen itself is dust so I can’t unlock my phone using face recognition

Because Telstra gave me a loan phone that was locked to the Optus network (no help at all while my under warranty phone is away for 3weeks being repaired) I ended up at Happytel trying to work out why Telstra's only loan phone wouldn't work with my Sim, then when Jake discovered the problem I bought a cheap Telstra prepaid from kMart and Jake at Happytel again helped me by installing my Sim and transferring my contacts. He stayed back after closing time and refused any payment because he hadn't repaired anything". In fact he had saved me from weeks of having no phone/internet connection with the outside world. If I could have given this business 10 stars I would have."

The 2 chaps working at Bundaberg Happytel today helped to fix my phone which was overheating and not charging correctly. They went above and beyond and were extremely helpful!

Charging port was not working, thought I needed a new replacement, the friendly staff there found out it was a bent connector pin and corrosion around and in the port.They repositioned the pin and contact cleaned the port and it was working again!They get the job done well and professionally.Thank you for your help, would recommend this place!S20 FE 5G
