Is a great personal clinic for your pets. With a great vet.

On the advice of locals I took my pets to Ruby for their vaccinations. I thought he was a local man looking after local people but was disappointed after the lack of professionalism and the prices (considering the absence of a lot of vital equipment and being a HOME run business). He charged over $100 more than my regular vet who has all the necessary equipment.My dog has a confirmed condition which he refuted without doing any further investigation.I went there hoping to support local business, very disappointing.

He was very sensitive, and direct, no nonsense, no upselling, was immediatley concerned for our Cats wellbeing.Felt very comfortable leaving her in his care,.. he is fairly priced as well.Would Recommend anyone to go to him.

I took my injured cat today to this clinic and I was greeted by a lovely man who is very polite and friendly. He is very experienced and reasonably priced also. I know when I meet a good person and he is just that. His honesty and caring nature is evident and I immediately knew this is a vet I will come back to over and over again! Took a puppy in with a splinter in his eye, he decided to remove by hand with no professional care taken but gloves, he try's to talk you out or your regular vet with kind words and price guarantees too match your other vet too just permanently injure your animal and then charge you more then anywhere else would have and saying it's a family buisness and can't beat there prices on the day""

We rushed to this gentleman's practice last week, after my best friend of the last 4 years, Oliver, got into an accident with the car and passed away within minutes.The kindness showed by this man as he empathized with us and apologized that our boy was past the point of resuscitation, even though it was obviously no where near his fault, meant the world to us and as far as Veterinarians are concerned, is a priceless trait.We have told a few people around our area about how kind this vet was in our time of need, and we will absolutely be returning in the future with our remaining dog and any new pets we get.Thankyou Sir, your kindness and genuine ability to empathize and care meant more than words can describe, and we wish you and your family a wonderful end of the year if we dont see you before then.
