First time getting laser done ever, felt as thought the customer service was really poor! Was told to take my clothes off while she went to search something up to see if she could treat me but then after a couple minutes came back to ask me again what medication I was on, so I was sat waiting in the room undressed for about 5 minutes before the treatment had even started with nothing to cover myself with. Half way through the treatment too, the lady treating me said she had to step out the room to get something and whilst doing this I directly made eye contact with people walking past the door, let’s not forget I’m undressed waist down! Won’t be returning here again and felt as though if you’re providing a service where people are exposed, make sure you have staff that won’t be walking in and out the room while you’re providing your service

Exceptional service - the staff here are so wonderful and accommodating! They make you feel super comfortable and are extremely knowledgeable as well.

Very happy with my skin treatments at laser clinics Australia in Eastland. The staff there are extremely helpful and professional.

Be careful to check your results after each session. If you don’t get reduction they won’t give you any refunds. I spent 2 and a half weeks trying to get just half of my money back and got nowhere. The clinic is unreliable with appointments I had several cancellations happen to me. One of the clinicians broke my watch and all I got in compensation was a $10 discount. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but LCA.

One of the best LCA locations! I was very happy with the service that I received here. I had microdermabrasion along with some peels and noticed a visible difference in my skin texture. My skin has cleared up completely and I now just have some residual pigmentation left to treat. The glycolic skin products that were recommended have also made a huge difference!

Look what the nurse did with injection!!!!!If there was zero star rating, I would go with zero. It's been the most stressful last few days with my immobile lip. I can't talk or eat properly! I can't go to work with this embarrassing look!

I have been going here for all my laser appointments and I am really impressed with the professionalism of all the girls who have treated me.
