This dental practice is truly fantastic. Neil Frizzo is such a relaxed helpful and friendly dentist. As is everyone I've dealt with. My first clean was painfree, quick and relaxing. HIGHLY recommended.

Great Dentists, Honest and Caring TreatmentI have been going to the Islington Dental practice since the 1980s. Have always received great treatment. Even after moving out of area continued to go there after hubby had bad experience at local dentist where we moved. My 21 year old daughter recently went to a dental practice in Broadmeadow, where she spent a lot of money getting advice and fillings, with her dental issue unresolved she returned to the dentist to be told she needed $2350 approx of root canal and crown . I was very suspicious about the findings, after the fillings, she rang me distraught , in pain, and unable to afford the root canal. I suggested, she go to our Islington Dental Practice for a second opinion.My daughter rang me yesterday, I could hear the happiness in her voice. she had just left Islington Dental practice after a consultation with Dr. David Day. My daughter could not get over how caring and honest he was with her. Dr. Day treated my daughter's dental issues, she left the practice without pain, and with a clear understanding of what the problem was with her teeth, and most excited that she was not going to need an immediate expensive root canal and crown after all!! she was so happy, she raved about the lovely staff , and the caring and professional nature of everyone she dealt with at the practice, .I highly recommend this Dental Practice, for ethical and first class treatment for dental work.. Thankyou to Dr. Day, and Sheree in reception who provided me with information and Sheree who also sorted transfer of my daughter's records from other dentist and arranged a great experience at the practice from first contact to end. Also big thankyou to my dentist Dr. Neil Frizzo, who has patience in explaining my treatment options, and incredible dentistry skills, which puts me at ease. Being a bit phobic since a child of Dental work, I can say I have confidence in this Practice with the Best Dentists and staff, to know I am fully infomed of options delivering skilled caring Dentistry

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, the staff are truly amazing, very welcome. David talks me through everything thats happening and I always leave with a positive vibe.

I was treated by Dr Thea Meneses I had a crown inserted 3 months ago but due to ongoing complications it was changed. The dentist was very abrupt/very aggressive and rough with her treatment. At the end of my treatment she stated that I did not need a follow up appointment to check if everything was ok.I left the room and asked the receptionist when I could eat she was unsure so I then started walking back too the dentist whom was discussing me with her nurse whom alerted the dentist that I was at the door.This behaviour is very unprofessional. If a dentist becomes upset when a client complains that they are in pain whilst being treated or wants the dentist to explain themselves when they are informing the patient about what they had done they should not be practicing or they need an holiday. I have never had treatment like this before. I am a clinical nurse specialist and I would definitely not recommend treatment by this dentist.

Absolutely atrocious dentist. I had 2 fillings done on the central coast and had forgotten my night splint so it needed correcting. I went to Islington Dental to correct the splint. I was charged $211 for someone to use a filer for 2 minutes for an appointment that lasted no more than 5 minutes in total. Absolutely disgusting! Don’t bother going here.Response to owners reply - a politicians response without taking ownership of the actual problem. My previous dentist is not the problem. The problem is your excessive/theft charging. I was additionally charged a ~$60 examination fee when I never asked for an examination nor was one done apart from looking at the splint itself in my mouth. ~$150 alone for using a sand paper grinder on a piece of plastic. My entire splint alone cost $500. I may as well have bought a whole new splint at the rate you charged to grind a tiny bit off for 2 minutes. Your establishment is a joke.
