Beacon Lighting

I like this store located in the Bankstown home maker centre. They had a sale going on with good discounts on offer. Wide range of lighting and related products. Only two staff were present and several customers were waiting to be served. Some of the products were unique and distinct in design. The showroom is attractive, clean and easy to browse for products one is looking for.

Bit expensive but let's see how the quality of product is. I have bought 4 fans DC , they didn't have stock hence have to wait for up to 10 days for the item. Staff was brilliant tried to find stock but it was taking time hence purchased 4 when I was after 5.

Keep going back to that store no one else sells there goods very much like monopoly.

What amazing products & service their ahowroom is inviting never had an issue with their products. Their recommended electrician OMJ electrical is very particular about his work all in all totally recommend them.

Very expensive, staff not knowledgeable. Not returning.. store is nicely set up though.

Terrible experience at the store. A rude lady staff at the counter made the experience horrible. Would not recommend this store because of staff behaviour. Products are good. We bought because we liked the products.

Went to buy a round Fluro, the man behind the counter was rude, this is not our brand, we have never stocked this brand. Even though we purchased all our lights for our 2 story home from this shop 8 years ago and have been buying all our globes from there when required. I will never go to this store again.He didn't even try to help, customer service was very poor.

Great range and competive pricing of light fittings and fixtures. Store Manager Sharon is fantastic with helping us select lights and providing alternative ideas for lighting. They deliver too for those larger items that wont fit in your car.

I have visited this Bankstown store on 29th of December 2022.I perchased a clearance Table lamp from this store.When I picked up the clearance lamp from clearan table and approached the checkout and asked the checkout operator to check the price she didn't say anything but other checkout operator say $50.Then she said no refund or exchange for this item.Her voice was not friendly and she was very rude.Her attitude was like I made a mistake to perchased a clearance items. Then she asked me to pay with out use any polite words.When I paid she just put the receipt on to the lamp.She even say thank to me.I was not sure why she was soo rude.This types of unwelcoming attitude is not good for any customer focused business.If you see the receipt you can easily find out who was on the checkout.I expect management take more time to train those non people friendly staff.Thanks
