Final Haven

I am not one to write horrible reviews however, I had given my deposit for a small tattoo on my finger. I unfortunately had to cancel.reschedule my appointment (It was booked for 2pm) I had an appointment earlier which was on the other side of Brisbane - I messaged them 2 hours earlier to say that I most likely wouldn't be able to make it and I was sincerely sorry - I then messaged again as I had nothing and said I am so sorry I won't be able to make it (Was overwhelmed from my previous appointment that I wouldn't be going) I asked to reschedule or if I could have my deposit back of $50. They said no that it was late notice and I wouldn't get it back.I understand they still need to pay artists etc, but you'd think after everything the worlds gone through and what's happening they'd be a bit lenient and helpful. Wasn't even saying they'd give me at least half back maybe. I'm wondering what would happen if someone had woken with COVID and they'd just asked for their deposit back instead of screwing Final haven around with appointments if they'd still take it from them.There was also nothing sent through to me to say that the deposit wasn't refundable or any information about cancellations or reschedules.Just wouldn't recommend honestly, go elsewhere, there's so many other places who are willing to understand peoples circumstances.

Today Riley the apprentice did a matching tattoo on both my partner and I. Both our first time getting one and he was so reassuring and made us both feel super comfortable. Such a great place to get done! Highly recommend this place.

Got a piece done by Sarah today, she was extremely professional and took her work extremely seriously, it was my first time getting work done not only at final haven but also with her, really did well with the design and turned out really well, high recommend.her instagram is @ink _by_swaty

I totally recommend going to Final Haven for a tattoo. I'm so happy with the portrait tattoo of my 2 Kitty Kings inked by Christine. This was the first time I got a tattoo from Final Haven and Christine. I was so impressed with Christine's talents and attitude and the quality of her work that I've already booked Christine to create another tattoo on me. Nice clean studio with friendly talented artists.

Marty Payne tattooed under my chin/throat today and couldnt have made me more comfortable. I felt super looked after and am already booking my next in. Id highly recommend him especially if you're anxious as his really nice about checking in etc!!!The studio was really lovely/clean aswell. Thank you!!
