Great craftsmanship quality and service

Robert is above and beyond any expectations you might have in the world of jewellery craftsmanship. I took a cutting from a magazine, I had in my possesion for 20 years, of a design from a world renowned jewellery house.At our first meeting Robert was able to produce a sized drawing, which I thought was amazing in itself. The finished ring, was just as but more beautiful then I could have imagined. He is a delight to deal with. Look no further then him for your jewellery needs. Thank you Robert.

An absolute craftsman. I approached him with a concept design for my (now) fiance's engagement ring. He sat down with me and worked with me to find out what I wanted. I gave him a ridiculous time frame to produce the goods but without hesitation he came through in spectacular fashion. The ring itself is flawless and has character as it is forged and made through unbelievable skills, opposed to straight out of a cast, making the ring seem much more personal for my partner and I. Would strongly recommend this gentlemen to anyone looking for absolutely spectacular jewellery that is made with an unrivalled finish.

After being screwed around by Leonard's for my wife's wedding ring, we found Robert Paul by chance and decided to have a chat.The first time we met, Rob spoke to us about what we want and made a mood board of words to base the design from. A few days later, we met with him again and he showed us several sketches and some stones that we could use. It was amazing!We narrowed down the design a bit and gave him another couple of days and he sent us another sketch. It was perfect. Better than anything I had seen in any shop or in any images online. So we paid a deposit to cover some materials and went back about a week later so he could show us his progress and to check the fit and that we still liked the design.I was totally amazed. I've never had such dedicated and personalised service ever in my life. We went back twice more to check the fit and final design and we picked up the finished product a week earlier than his estimate.This was 6 months ago. We are happily married now and my wife still stares at her ring every day with a huge grin on her face. It's built so solidly, with each diamond protected by the metal and fits around her engagement ring perfectly. I just can't get over how impressed we both are with the service and the quality of product. Also the price was fantastic. For the quality of stones and the platinum and the weeks of work, I just feel it should have cost more. I guess it's because Rob does the work himself and doesn't have to pay extra staff.--Rob, thank you so much for this ring. It's better than we had ever hoped.
