O'Breins conducted an inspection of our fridge/freezer and had it replaced under a warrantee term which had not been spelled out clearly previously, nor had the Customer Care representative from Electrolux mentioned it during a call I made regarding the failure.The office staff from O'Briens whom I dealt with were very helpful and pleasant, and Dan, the onsite technical representative from O'Briens was not only very knowledgeable and efficient in the technical aspects of the job but also, and very importantly in the underlying warrantee terms and conditions saving us a large amount on the resulting replacement fridge.I highly recommend O'Briens Electrical Innisfail.

My 2.5 year old washing machine decided to flood my laundry, I had trouble with both the place of purchase and the customer care line, but Trish went above and beyond for me organising an out of warranty repair all within 24 hours of me contacting her. Marco came out and fixed my washing machine on the spot. It's hard to find a business these days with such good old fashioned professional service but O'Brien's Innisfail not only organised to have it fixed at no cost to me they also fixed it within 24 hours.
