If you are in need of a full service, professional, courteous, nothing is too much trouble at the best prices in Brisbane party hire company, go no further. Derek and his team are who you want to deal with. Looked after us for our xmas party and even came through with a last second save when I underestimated the table requirements. Incredibly reasonable pricing, the best I found! Amazing communication from Derek and the team from the getgo for our tables and chairs to be delivered early with no problems at all.Will definitely recommend and certainly use again for future events! The premium chairs are super comfy too!

Update 27/09/21: I have received a refund.Very disappointed by the state of the esky I hired on the weekend. Even more disappointed by the lack of willingness to resolve the issue.Brought the esky home on Friday to find that the lid was completely broken, and there were small shards of glass in the bottom.Went to the website to get in touch, and saw there was a 24/7 help line for emergencies". There isn't one

We had a family gathering last week and Adept provided the furniture, linen, large esky, urn and braziers. Everything was delivered in immaculate condition right on time and collected with efficiency. All contacts with this company have been polite, considerate and clear. After looking at a number of alternatives, I recently chose Adept to assist with setting up an outdoors engagement party. In addition to their wide range of products, the service offered was outstanding. Unfortunately I was unable to return the items on the following Monday and the team were more than happy to accommodate this.Finally - for those looking at hiring chairs, The American folding chair by Adept was perfect!

We would like to thank Adept for their excellent service recently in providing equipment for a 21st birthday party. Prompt and helpful communication by email and phone. All the gear was in good order. Also they were very responsive to requests for delivery and pick up taking into account people not being being at home, where to leave the gear and also dogs!
