The male in there done a fresh full set of acrylics for me French tip, my nails are all different lengths and I was cut on my cuticles on 2 fingers, I paid $75 for French tip acrylics

Worst nail experience of my life. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and walked out with butchered fingernails. Four of my fingers were cut during the process leaving them to bleed and the nail technician ignored them even though I try to raise awareness and tell her it was stinging. The staff were rude and we're constantly laughing and ignoring me. I received the wrong shape and colour. Cost me $65 for the worst experience of my life.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in after a recommendation from management and it couldn't have been worse, the staff were rude, I got a full set done and parts of my fingers were bleeding and stinging, I was given the wrong nails and a day later, I ended up with a nasty infection!

At the beginning of this year I went there for a simple plain colour infill. Beware, it’s like those worst rated nail salon videos on YouTube... absolute clownery. She made the pinky shorter than the rest and then tried to start a fight with me when I told her to make them even. The older lady is a nasty unprofessional piece of work. Cut my fingers up, tried to embarrass me for the nail polish colour I wanted to use saying it’s “no good” and laughing at me. Because of this terrible experience, I just learned how to do my nails at home. I’m never going to a salon again.

The lady whom I assume is the owner is so incredibly rude. I went in for an infill and one nail broke the very next day but I just left it as it probably my fault. By the end of the week one more had snapped and 4 other nails are just about to snap and she refuses to just remove them for free. Would have honestly given them another chance if she removed them but never again.

Initially told to come back in 10-15. I went back after to 20 minutes only to wait half an hour to still no one. I ended up walking out. Need to be more honest with times

I had a good experience with my nail Lady, Kathy, but Emmy or Amy, tried to charge my mother $5 extra, when we could see that the set price for a normal manicure was $20.She tried to charge her $5 extra, before she finished her nails.This is so deceptive, and caution should be advised. This was recently, in May, 2023.

Went in for SNS mani and shellac pedi. Although I was in the shop for a long time and they were taking on too many customers for the amount of staff available, the girls did an amazing job. Best pedi I've had and I love how my nails turned out! Would definitely go back!
