Sergio's Cake Shop (Chullora)

Cakes are not fresh at all. They taste like they are a week old or more. We bought a few pieces from there and when we cut into them, they just crumbled and were super dry. Even their eclairs shells are very stale and hard. Fresh cake and eclairs DOES NOT crumble or become stale. Gave this place many chances, never again.

These cakes are simply divine and the coffee was hot ,opposite Oliver's shop u must try these cakes

Didn’t have any cake but the coffee was good, so only reviewing what I had. Pricing is on point with all other coffee shops at the moment. Staff were friendly and well organised.

The baked berry cheese cake was horrible it was pink mousse with jam on top!!!!! Nothing like a cheese cake very disappointing $45.00 for a small size. 3/4 tossed out as unedable.

Cake tasted old - not fresh, avoid single serve cakes. You could tell the fruit topped cakes were old as they lost their vibrancy in colour

I Will not recommend their cake anymore went in yesterday asked for a fresh cake for my wife’s Birthday was guaranteed it was fresh. Cutting the cake felt hard as it was a spongecake the outcome was it was not fresh it was old the layers were think and thin looked like it was made by someone who has never made cakes before, also the cake sponge it self was burnt then burnt part was taken off the cake, was disgusting no one liked it ruined the celebration should not have been lied to me by your staff just to sell your cakes I’m a regular customer, Hope your happy with the review we paid $55.00 for your over priced tasteless cake what were you thinking no one will ever complain. Been going there for over 25 years place has changed all their worried about now is making money you have lost your customer pride never again will me or anyone from our extended family bye from you. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, I bought 5 different small cake pieces from them and all of them were dry and inedible. They all smelt bad as well and we're probably sitting on the shelf for while before they served. Had to throw everything out. Never buying from here again. Would give zero stars if I could

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!I bought a cake for my daughters birthday. It was not fresh. Tasted old and stale. I took it back to them and they said it’s fresh and there’s nothing wrong with the cake. The lady They were rude and not sympathetic and did not care. They did not offer a refund or anything. Never buying from them again.

Was told the fruit cakes were sponge but didn't realise when I got the fruit log that it was a mille fuille instead. Would have been nice to be told that the different shapes were different types of cake. Tasted ok but the pastry was hard and stale.
