My food was cold by the time it arrived plus my burger was missing from the order. Your phone number does not work so you cannot even contact the staff. So disappointing that staff cannot read basic orders or ensure food quality.

Consistently terrible.If you order for delivery, you will always need to air fry your own chips.Sometimes they remember the dressing on a salad. Sometimes burger buns aren’t stale. You’ll always get a couple of soggy sweet potato fries instead of actual sweet potato in a salad.Maybe it’s our own fault for continuing to give it another chance up until now. Garbage.

Placed an order and snuck a chip on the drive home. Stone cold, chicken very dry and very poor drab service. Definitely dissapointing and way over priced.

I had a trip to sorrento and this was the only store on the way back so we decided to have a pit stop for dinner.The food was freshly cooked, tender and yummy as always like before.Kids love the chickenmy recommendations areMild chickensweet potato chipsspicy riceMediterranean saladpaella etc.The staff was super friendly and helpful.I would love to visit again some time.

There have never been any issues with eating at this Nandos. They have always been efficient, produced delicious time and time again. Very caring owners, also got complementary meatballs!

After looking at the menu and deciding how to fill my appetite, I ordered my food and went to pay ....with cash! I was told it was card only which ended the transaction right there. I'll never go to a Nandos again.

Ordered some extra large hot chips. Disappointed with the size for $12 but they were actually decent. Hot, nice crunch on the outside and good customer service. Not bad, but will most likely be looking elsewhere for value

Awful experience yet again! Received a delivery order and chips were either re-cooked or over cooked. Either way, inedible. The worst thing about Nando’s is that it’s not only overpriced but the store NEVER answer the phone therefore accept zero accountability when they make mistakes.I have never received an order that was 100% correct or satisfactory. The customer service and food standards really need attention and going by other recent reviews, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks so!
