We hired a Kia Carnaval for my family visiting, Caitlin at the Greenwood branch was very friendly and helpful. Northside rentals had the most reasonable prices and were flexible in extending our hire period. I would highly recommend them.

Used northside rentals to hire a vehicle. The vehicle itself was great and good price, but I must say, both of the receptionists that I encountered were extremely rude & non-inviting. Think they need some lessons on customer service, and maybe some manners too.

Hired a Kia Carnival whilst family were over - the whole process was easy, the staff were fantastic and it was so reasonably priced! We did a lot of research into places and this was the cheapest we could find - but don’t let the price fool you, still amazing service and a great car for driving the whole family round Perth

We hired a car and it was pretty dirty inside to begin with and not what I would have expected.We drove 120kms over the included kmsBut when we filled the tank up before returning the kms to empty was 125kms more than when we collected.565 kms to empty on collection690 kms to empty on return.They refused to take this into consideration and charged us the extra km amount even though we filled up the tank more then when we started.Not really impressed that they wouldn’t at least waive this extra fee
