Forget about any sushi you had in Australia before - this has to be the best sushi experience I had outside Japan. The freshest products, masterly prepared in a calming surrounding. There are two settings and you best not be late. The food is mainly focused on raw seafood so if this is not your thing it won’t suit you. The whole experience was like a theatre performance- very theatrical and hush hush. This won’t suit if you want to have a casual chat with someone but will suit if you appreciate the art of the chef

An amazing experience. I'm actually not a huge fan of sashimi but my family member took me here. The atmosphere and food is incredible, the chef is traditional Japanese and explains each piece for you, including showing you the lineage of the beef. If you can't handle some raw things like scallops and prawns and fish, the chef will happily cook it for you with a blowtorch (though I recommend trying it raw). Highly recommend their yuzu sake as well. The food was great but truly you're paying for the experience.

Our very first Omakase, enjoyable experience with fresh and quality ingredients.Each dish make fresh right in front of you.They only serves 10-12 customers at the same time so it is a very peaceful, meditative dining experience where the gentle quite environment allows me to enjoy each piece genuinely and the service was friendly and didactic.

This is a unique restaurant as it only seats 12. The chef presents each dish in front of everyone and it's a delight to see. Although the food is delicious the fact that it comes too quickly without a break. The meal should take 3 hours to enjoy its artistry, but in 1.5 hours is far too hurried, to the point that the latter courses for me were wasted. So, in all fabulously fresh but fast!!

Seriously review , no any free food or any offensive meaning. I paid the full price.I'm pretty sure the seafood is definitely fresh and the chef is fully experienced. All the dishes in here is good, but only just good. Nothing special and memorable . I paid 160$ per person and feel not worthy or valuable . If it is 120$ I think is more reasonable.The only 1 thing that is unforgettable is A5 waygu is really tasty.Rest of sushi is ordinary. If you want to experience the chef make fresh sushi infornt of you. This is a good restaurant. If you are very hungry , I'm not recommend here because after I finish the meal. I'm still very hungry. This is a real Japanese style place to try.All of this is my real personal feeling.

Love the environment and atmosphere of the restaurant, the service and food was great too. But for the price, you can find another similar restaurant with better cost-performance ratio. Overall, it was a good experience to try it out.

8.6Overall - 8.6/10 - We paid $160 per person without drinks for the best Japanese I've had in Perth.Food Quality - 8.6/10 - Great quality food.Atmosphere - 9/10 - Great atmosphere and service.Value for Money - 8/10 - Expensive however the quality was worth it.
