Highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr Andy is the best dentist I ever met, caring and professional manner at a reasonable price. The team made efficient work out of all my complex dental needs, all my appointments have been satisfied and pain-free. A big thank you!

Caring and very patient dentists. Principle dentist is very busy, but always seem willing to go out of his way to help.

I will not go anywhere else. I had orthodontics done with Awesome Smiles and continue to visit for my check ups. I have never felt more comfortable in a Dentist's chair than I do at Awesome Smiles. I actually look forward to going. Dr Andy and his team are perfectionists. They are gentle and are constantly making sure everything is OK. I am in no way affiliated with the business, just an extremely happy patient who have recommended many friends and family.

The receptionist “May” called me this morning, the dentist has to cancel my next week appointment. She asked me when can I reschedule to. I told her I am at work at the moment, could I call her back later. She said “NO! You have to decide now otherwise you couldn’t make an appointment after.” I was like??? Excuse me, I am at work and not able to talk with her about my appointment time at the moment. I couldn’t call her back? Must make another NOW???Please educate/ give some training to your receptionists, how to provide patient centre customer service.Won’t go to this clinic anymore.

I was very disappointed with the service provided they sent me to their old castle hill venue when it was discontinued and now in Hurstville and sent us on a wild goose chase and my dad had miss out on a day of work just for this runaround and in top of that they started to behave sassy while knowing it was their fault

Dr Andy is the best dentist I’ve ever met! He looked after my whole family’s teeth and my youngest son (who is 4) loves going to the dentist because of Andy. He’s great at building rapport with people of all ages, especially young children. I commend him for his skills both as a dentist and a communicator.

Dr Andy is the best ever! He has been a dentist for more than 20 years .He gave me very professional advice instead of wasting a lot of money like other clinics, he told me that I didn't need to do that complicated treatment yet, I only used half of my budget to achieve perfect results, and now my teeth look perfect! The dentists are actually quite skilled and friendly, but I've had a difficult time with the receptionists and booking / rescheduling appointments. I rescheduled an appointment over text only to turn up to find the clinic closed despite the receptionist confirming my rescheduled booking and the opening hours being listed as open. I tried called and texting but no response. I waited for awhile before leaving. Later that day, the receptionist texted me back and apologised, not knowing why the booking was missed, and we arranged to reschedule.The rescheduling process was another struggle in itself as there was some difficulty finding a suitable time for my appointment and the receptionist seemed snarky in her text messages to me, which I found unnecessary and certainly off-putting. I didn't realise at the time, but the receptionist had booked me in on Easter Saturday. With no word from them two days before the appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told by the receptionist that the clinic would be closed on that day. If I had not texted first, then I would have had turned up to closed doors once again, with no explanation. What a complete waste of time.TLDR: Dentists are fine, but the receptionists need to learn how to read and use a calendar. They haven't reached out to me again to reschedule my appointment and to be honest I'm ok with that because they will probably waste my time again and I'm definitely not inclined to give a third chance.
