After an accident my car sat untouched for almost 2 months at another repairer with no action taken at all. My insurance company then moved my car to Werribee Accident Repair center, within a few weeks I had my car back and it is flawless. The staff were so lovely and friendly and Arthur the Store manager was amazing. Each time I called i was given full updates, I was called back when I was told I would be, the updates were clear and accurate. Thankyou to all the team, your work and your ethics are appreciated.

Just had a minor repair done on my Camry. The service and professionalism of the staff were great. When I picked up my car they went the extra mile by washing and vacuuming it. The quality of the repair is great. Fantastic! Will recommend to others.

Best experience ever! First time i've had an accident and had no idea what to do, I call and the young lady at the reception spoke to me for a good 10 minutes, explained everything, answered all my questions, even helped me put in a claim! When i brought the car in, it was so smooth and easy sailing - throughout the repairs they kept me in the loop and the car came back better than ever! The managers were so kind and even walked around the vehicle with me explaining everything that was done. I couldn't be happier!! :) :)

They have the best service, staff are family friendly. Very helpful and they will not let you down. Service was brilliant when I had a flat tyre. They send there worker to come and fix it. I'm so grateful and happy with there service. Highly recommended then for any service.

I dealt with WARC for my repairs after an accident. Every single staff member was so accommodating, understanding and kind. They made the process a million and one times less stressful for someone who had been in a first time accident. Big shout out to Arthur for being so lovely, would 100% go back to WARC for Arthur's service alone. Big thank you to Jenny and Shaun too, when my accident initially happened they let me bring my vehicle in straight away for assessment even though they were about to close. Thank you all so much!

Werribee Accident Repair Centre
I had left my car for repair with WARC. After picking the car back I noticed the spare tyre had been replaced with an old one. My car had a brand new spare tyre which is now stolen. They thought I wouldn't notice. Not honest guys. Also during the repair they didn't use genuine toyota parts instead cheap knock-offs. I won't be going there again.
