By far best customer service! Highly recommend. Placed my order online early this morning. Two small Items weren't in stock and they called me straight away and asked if I was happy with upgraded substitute items. A last minute Halloween buy for me and I'll definitely be buying again. After having issues at the check out using a third party payment, Nick was extremely patient with mt queries and was able to help me check out and pay for my products in no time. Originally opted for FreakyFx based on a specific product being on sale. I can 100% hand on heart say that I will be coming back for all my Party Supply and Costume needs. If I could rate 6 stars I would.

This business is amazing we should be so grateful to have them here.During COVID we enquired re helium balloons for our 2 grandkids birthday Nick met us at the store and made some wonderful suggestions,order done and pick up next day,so easy and they are still inflated in Sydney 10days later,Thankyou so much Freaky FX We’ll be back!
