My whole family enjoy our annual photo sessions with Sophie! It's so lovely to see Sophie each year and chat about our 'mum lives' - she is personable, patient, kind and gentle with my girls which is so lovely to watch. We never felt rushed, pressured for perfection, or posed in unnatural and old fashioned ways. Sophie's choice of location is always spot on and I loved the efficiency and clarity of the online booking / payment / gallery process.

Sophie is such a talented photographer. She has been our family photographer for a number of years and we've enjoyed every session with her. Her photos are very unique and emotive - we love them very much and will treasure them for years to come. She is very good with babies and kids and has little tricks to make them feel comfortable and smile naturally. Definitely recommend Sophie Lea Photography.

It was such a great experience but what I loved most was how Sophie interacted with not only my newborn but my toddler. She made her feel so comfortable from the beginning which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We also loved Sophie’s energy and how comfortable she made us all feel, not to mention the amazing photos she has taken!

Sophie is the best of the best. A true leader in her field. And so much more than an amazing photographer.Having a session with Sophie is an experience. She makes you feel so comfortable and happy and totally takes any pressure of you. She is a bloody wizard with the kids, our four children just adore her and look forward to our sessions with her just as much if not more than we do. She is one of the kindest most authentic person I have met. I have been lucky enough to have 3 x pregnancy shoots, and 4 newborn shoots as well as a few family shoots thrown in there as well. And every single time we get out photos back we are beyond blown away with her talent. The way she captures our little family every time it is just priceless. To have these memories of our little ones growing is everything to us. We look forward to booking Sophie again in the near future.

Before I was even pregnant, I knew I would be booking Sophie to take photos of my newborn. From the ease of booking, to the exceptional experience she provided for us, to scrolling through the gallery of exquisite photos to choose from - the whole process was seamless, professional and so special. We absolutely adore the photos that Sophie captured for us. Now that our babies are getting older, we can't wait to book her in again for a family session - it's on my bucket list!

We absolutely loved our session with Sophie. She is not only a photographer, but also being a first time mum she reassured me that everything I was feeling was completely normal. She gave advice on newborns and made me feel beautiful when I probably wasn't feeling my most beautiful. Sophie captured my son beautifully and I can't wait for him to look back on them one day when he is older. They'll be the photos he shows his future wife and children one day. So they really mean a lot.

We had the most incredible day spent with Sophie Lea! We are forever grateful for her time, kindness, warmth and for capturing our absolutely magical memories for our family! Sophie was so gentle and professional with our 3 week old newborn, the day was seamless… she supported breaks for feeding and settling when needed- which was not very often because her warm approach meant that he was barely bothered by the photo shoot! We enjoyed our session with Sophie so much. Every ounce of her studio is beautiful, right down to the refreshments. Sophie is professional, warm and welcoming.
