Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner. I don't want you to refund twice and I've already taken it up with the app, but thanks for the offer. The app has no way to contact the restaurant, I did report the missing items immediately.Ordered the flake pack earlier tonight, received just the flake.-Pack is advertised as 1 flake,1 dim sim, 1 potato cake, chips, tartare and lemon. They did at least put the lemon in.-Mind you, this is through a delivery service not direct to the restaurant, but the delivery service only refunded me half the cost of the pack.-I paid for +1 dim sim which I did receive, here's the mostly empty box that got delivered to my house. Also ordered a Diet Coke and got sent a Coke Zero, they're not the same. I didn't try to get it refunded, seeing as I did actually get a (wrong) drink at least.Anyway ruined my dinner, had to go buy something else, and ripped me off. Such a shame because the fish was good. Won't be ordering here again.

Good local fish and chip takeaway that has a wide range of other food. Was easy to place our order through Menulog. Food was ready at the time we expected it. The fish and chips we ordered was hot and tasty and the pizza was pretty good for a non standard pizza joint. We even scored some free hot jam doughnuts because of the large size of our order.

Love this place, my wife had the whiting? pack..grilled whiting, chips & side salad...only complaint..the lemon wedge was a bit dry..not.their fault, my son had the cheesy melbourne burger...loved it, I had the steak sandwich...this is my thing..love a good steak sandwich, this one was up there with the best. All in all a great place with great food and service. Pretty good for a let's have tea here" decision."

Always friendly staff. I’ve been getting burgers and chips from this place for years and I can honestly say it’s only gotten better. The last lot of chips I got were golden and crispy and the burger was juicy and soft. Still drooling

Bit of a hit and miss. Pretty less than average food at times (dry flake, cold food etc) or slow delivery (I once waiting 2 hours for it to arrive by Menulog.) But sometimes they arrive hot for example the fish is a big portion, and tastes nice. Honestly there are better places to go in Brunswick - as with this place you don’t really know what you’re experience you’re gonna get.
