We are 3 out of 3 terrible experiences here.Last week our little girl required X-ray’s and the lady taking the shots was rude and very rough. I know it’s a tough situation but we were there and given a bit more time and care it could have been less traumatic.This isn’t the only bad experience here. They need a serious if change of culture there.

I went there for a scan procedure and could not be more complimentary with regards to the level of service, kind, considerate, timely, efficient and above all knowledgeable and excellent practitioners. I would recommend this company to anyone needing radiology and imagery services. Andrew

Beware they do not enforce the covid safe plan. I was awaiting my appointment ,the only patient in the waiting room ,then in walks a guy ,no mask ,no check in ,no sanitizer .After he left I asked the Radiologist what's going on with these people ,don't you tell them to put on a mask ? check in etc ?The reply was, I don't want the confrontation I just get them out asap.I then expressed my concern to the reception as I was leaving ,their comment was they did not notice he was not wearing a mask or checked in .Very Very poor in a medical setting ,he was standing in front of their desk.
