Quite often you'll find something on shelf here that no-one else in Bendigo has, and their prices are always competitive.The brands that are in store are some of the best known and best quality products you can buy, and when they have sales on you can often pick up a real bargain on a long term addition to your kitchen.Overall, highly recommended .

In my first year after moving to Bendigo, I have found everything I've needed at the Cook's Gallery to get my kitchen organised, including two items that I wouldn't know where to look for in Melbourne. The staff clearly understand cooking and quality kitchen tools and equipment. I visit the shop regularly to check new stock items.

I could spend so much time (and money) in here.

Since moving to Bendigo earlier this year I have bought many of my kitchen items from the Cooks Gallery. However, when I returned a faulty $25 can opener without a receipt I was accused of buying it online and attempting to pass it on as a purchase. I was reluctantly given a receipt for the return and told I would be contacted. No call came. When I returned to the shop I was again refused a refund or replacement and told that the item in question worked but 'slipped a bit'. I was treated with suspicion by the very same assistant who had previously sold me several items. I again left without a refund and asked that they return the item to the supplier anyway, as it was faulty. I just can't believe that, as a potential regular customer, I was treated so badly. I walked out feeling a little sick.
