Their ropes are not cheap! And yes! we spend our hard earned money on them just as they mention on their webpage. My ropes turned out to be the wrong size so I wrote to them indicating that I wanted to exchange them and they instructed that all I had to do was go to the nearest Auspost and ship them back with a tracking number. The website advertised “free Returns and full refunds.” The returns was NOT free! And they offered me a store credit? Like what will I do with store credit? Don’t tell me what to do with my money. After numerous emails back and forth with their customer support, I proved that they had advertised wrong and I managed to get my refund for the shipping. Just a suggestion if we are paying so much! The least the company can provide is free returns for exchanges. I understand if it was an order cancellation which is a totally different scenario. I just wanted to exchange them for the correct size. Anyway this left a rather bad taste in my mouth and hence the 2 stars.

Love the new ropes and handles, had been using the old style rope/handle combo for over 6 years, I had worn out the ropes and the handles. The new handles/ropes are so much smoother and easier to change.

So far, so good. Enjoying my Get Strong set. I'll probably buy other weight levels in future. They're way better than the cheap rope I was using, and they feel a lot more motivating, too, just by having a more enjoyable skipping experience.Kate was helpful when I had a question prior to ordering, and my order was posted and received really quickly.

Originally I was hesitant in paying the price for these ropes as they seemed expensive (and out of my budget). SO I started with their app and an oppositions weighted rope (weighted in the handles). I created the habit of skipping 6 days a week and progressed from a slow beginner to an intermediate skipper. As I progressed, I emailed some questions to the staff which were quickly answered. I became more confident in taking the risk and buying the get strong" rope package (My current rope handles weighed 0.5Kg). The process was smooth and my package arrived within the time given. It was professionally boxed and I was excited to start. I've started to integrate the 1 Lb rope into my skips with my old rope as the lighter rope. Wow. These ropes are good. They are very well made and they are a totally different feel to my weighted handle ropes as the weight is in the rope (not to mention the centrifugal force with the weight). The handles (and mechanics) are engineered well and the rope (hopefully) will last a lifetime. I'm looking forward to the day that I can use the 1 LB and 2LB ropes together. Also note

Absolute game changer!I bought the most expensive (AU$45) rope from Rebel Sports (OZ) and it was rubbish.At first I was hesitant to spend AU$180 for a rope set-up but I don't look back for a split second.If you are keen to start or up your skipping game - this is the go!

I have been into fitness for the last 15 years and always source quality gear. I originally had a heavy rope which I eventually wore out and was in search of another when I came across Crossrope. They are by far the best on the market and extremely versatile covering all abilities and needs. Their equipment is definitely worth the investment. They are committed to being the benchmark in this space and improving the health and wellbeing of everyday Australians.

I could not fault the service of the team at Crossrope, especially Kate. They are quick to respond to all queries, and have been very accommodating to any technicalities ordering products. They even kept me updated on stock levels for a specific rope i was chasing, and offered to express post it for free given there was a longer than usual wait time. I have only recently bought a crossrope from here (around a week ago), but so far it’s been very satisfying to use. I got the 1/4 pound rope with slim handles and it feels extremely consistent and comfortable. I’ve only started jump roping recently and would highly recommend shopping here for beginners. With my other previous jump ropes I kept tripping up often, haven’t had that issue with cross ropes
