Battery World Claremont

My car broke down due to a dead battery. There was only one guy working, so they shut the shop to do the call out to my car. Amazing service! Can't thank the team enough!!!

This afternoon (30/05/23) I went to Batterey World Claremont to check my car's batterey. The car's engine was often died suddenly. The young man who helped me tested the batterey and it was alright. The problem was at the batterey terminals, both were loose, so he fixed them. I asked how much for the service and he said it's for free. Thanks for the great service.

If I could it would be half a star. The young guy hostile, reluctant to place the battery into the vehicle & it appeared I had disrupted his burger breakfast. I let him know in no uncertain terms of what I thought & took my business to Osborne Park, despite being short of time. Previously a young woman had done a wonderful job for a friend...perhaps we need more women working in the 'battery world '.

Needed replacement batteries for portable phone. They found the exact replacement in a flash and put it in for me. Great!

I seldom leave any type of review, but sometimes service and value are so exceptional that you feel somehow compelled too. The service I received from Claremont Battery World yesterday when I found myself stranded with a dead car battery on the roof of the CQ carpark (in a deluge of rain) went above and beyond. From answering the phone within a couple of rings, remembering my name, ringing back to provide an update on timing, to the young guy who came out in the rain and was efficient, knowledgeable and super helpful. This is the second time in the last few months that I have received exceptional service from young guys in the motor trade (the other being Bridgestone in West Perth). You guys are a credit to yourselves and to your employers, keep up the great work. There are many other industries in Perth that would benefit from, and could learn from your example. Again my sincere thanks.P.S This could be a good time to hit the boss up for a decent rain coat :-)

Just want to say a big thanks to Byron who helped get the right battery for my motorcycle today. He had to get it delivered from the O'Connor store and then he helped install it, all within an hour.A+ Service, much appreciated!

I received the most efficient and friendly service from Billie who replaced two key batteries and a car battery all within about 15 minutes. I was completely impressed with the way Billie demonstrated her ability to replace the car battery. She was very efficient, tenacious and unflustered. Well done Battery World. Went in as my Mazda CX-5 had displayed an error message ‘ Battery Management System Malfunction’ they managed to diagnose the issue due to a dead battery and was replaced on the spot. The staff working here if I’m not forgotten was called Noel, had a great chat with him and he was very sympathetic with my current family situation and I really want to thank him for his well wishes for my family.Would highly recommend this place for the knowledge and great customer service.
