Disgusting customer service from one employee. Got something fixed, picked it up turned it on was worse that what it took originally taken in for, took it back got told “water damage” . Was not first time item was brought currently on the 3rd one because of “water damage”. Be taking it further as refuse to fix or replace

Harvey's ran two separate sales on Saturday the 25th of May. A 'One day only' and ends 28/5... Talk about confusion. When asked about it the staff had no idea. I purchased the tv and waited for ages for my confirmation email. It never came and I went out of my way to go in store where sales rep states ' Oh we have heaps of these tv's!'When asked why I never got a notice to come pick it up he said, 'No idea.'I asked for free delivery for the mix up and inconvenience, but the sales guy laughed... I guess Harvey's can't take a $40 hit when they screw up haha.
