Got a flat on the way to Sydney on the M1, called up the boys and they had my tyre sizes in stock, changed them and did an alignment in around an hour, even on a Saturday. Props all around, even better with the pub arcoss the road to wait in.

I would like to recommend Bob Jane T-Marts Hornsby and especially George for their fabulous service and empathy for my situation after I blew a tyre and damaged the rim of my wheel on a pot hole on Ryde road. George went above and beyond to personally take my wheel to a business on the Central Coast to have the rim fixed. He saved me over $1000 which would have been the cost of a new wheel. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and their staff. Have purchased tyres before from this business and always received excellent service.

Today I received expert advice, few options of tyres to choose from, fast service on replacement of 4 tyres and free wheel alignment. Happy customer! I've been here several times before - it was just as great. Thank you guys!

Scratched and marked interior door linings. Sent email and photos with no reply. If you have a nice car or at least care about your car I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I recently visited the Bob Jane Hornsby to have a tyre patched. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory as the technician who performed the repair scratched my expensive wheels while removing the bolts. I immediately raised my concerns with the manager on duty, who assured me that the matter would be addressed through an email communication. I followed up with an email to the store and allowed a reasonable amount of time to receive a response, but to no avail.Regrettably, I must also report that the tire continued to lose air even after the repair was performed, leading me to believe that the job was not performed adequately. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.Update:Bob-Jane have worked with me and fixed the issue. Happy with the customer service. Thanks for the assist team.

I normally feel worried getting anything done to my car, as I don’t know much more than the basics and have had my ignorance used against me before. Not here, George and the team were all so friendly, professional and helpful. On an already busy day for them, they fitted me in same-day as it was a safety issue, didn’t try to upsell me and got me back on the road with four new tyres that didn’t break the bank. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

I am really happy with the service and tyres I have bought from Bob Jane Hornsby. Good guys to deal with.

Ordered tyres for my Evo 9 and dropped the car off when they said they were ready. They were a little bigger than the ones I had on before as discussed. I get a call saying that they can't get one of the lug nuts off and I'll have to send it to a mechanic to do it. A tyre shop that can't get a lug nut off? Great and it gets even better. I had a mate who was a carpenter spend 5 minutes getting it off. I then dropped the rim back off to them as they said I should drive my car with the wrong size tyre on as I could damage my diffs/awd system. I pickup the rim and fit it on the car then make it 50m down the road before I hear noises and pull over. The tyre was smoking and was pushed up against my suspension. I check all the other tyres to find that this tyre is a completely different size. I then had to limp the car back to where it was and call when they opened on Monday and all I heard was the blame game of how Bridgestone send them the wrong tyres yet this joke of a shop didn't check them, match them to my invoice and couldn't even get a spun stud out. Do not use this shop

A tyre that I purchased back in 2021 has gone back to the core now! First I was told that I should've brought the car in for a tyre rotation when I received the notification, then it came out that I never received a notification! Then I was told that I should have read the booklet that comes with the tyres! Again, I've never got the booklet!Not the most responsible resellers and definitely not the best customer service
