The app told me that the food would be ready in 20 mins, so I knew that the app is normally wrong so I rocked up 10 mins after the apps time, asked if there was an order for me. They said wait 5 minutes.30 minutes go by and one of the people who was there 45 minutes before me plus waited an hour from when the app said and still hadn’t gotten their order and the lady kept saying it would be ready in 5 minsHe got mad. Rightfully and told he wants a refund. She said no and he stormed off15 minutes later they finally start giving orders out to customers who came for pick up ( Uber eats and that had delivery priority and we all saw them making the chicken for this one delivery) I finally get mine. The lady kind of just chucked it to us and no apology. I go home, which is 5 minutes away ( would of gone home before if they just told us it would be an hour) and got my food.Chips were undercooked and gross to eat and my chicken looked like it was starved for 2 weeks and then put in a dehydrated for a day. Not undercooked shockingly. Honestly not worth the hassle of driving back to get my money back. Not going there again

Pathetic . Got order totally wrong with Uber and you cannot even call them anymore to fix it as they have a 1300 number...Not all phone calls are about making an order.. when companies no longer want to speak to people you know there is a problem.. or too BIG to care.Nandos use to be good... but now they are just another McDonalds type business. Uber is hopeless with problems as well..If an order is wrong when delivered.. good luck getting it corrected.Nandos Ocean Keys for some reason though seem to get every order wrong.. the receipt we get with the food clearly states what we have ordered and has been checked off by the Nandos staff.. but still gets it sooooo wrong. Lol. Like they cannot read...If Nandos keep going in this direction.. they might disappear soon like some other chains over east have recently... which would be a shame.

Went into the store to order takeaway. Two guys ordering when I went in. The kitchen is flat out despite no one being in the restaurant. Two guys in front of me order. The order goes to the kitchen, and a staff member tells the cashier they are out of wraps. The two guys have to order something else. Waiting for them to decide was painful. Eventually, they order. My turn to order. Explained everything in depth, step by step. Luckily, I got a copy of my receipt, and when I checked it, they had entered my order wrong. I told the cashier, and instead of refunding me and doing the order again, they simply wrote on the receipt and handed it to the kitchen. This left me out of pocket as what I wanted was cheaper than the stuff up they charged me for. They hand over food. It's not my order. I eventually get my food, and the order is correct, but what an ordeal, and it took over 40 minutes. The photo shows how empty the restaurant was.

If I could give them zero stars I would…. Terrible food whenever we order from them, normally avoid and go to a store further away however we couldn’t tonight so ordered via their app. My assigned driver went to pick the order up, was told that my order had already been picked up, he checked and advised them it hadn’t, they said they would sort it out. He left, the app assigned another driver my order went back to being prepared only for it to then be cancelled by the store. I called to ask why it had been cancelled and they said it was colllected by someone else - advised its not delivered they knew this and their response was ‘well now the problem is you’ll go hungry’ literally! Cannot tell you how bad they are

Floors clean, staff look happy , food came out fast , bathrooms I would use , a lot of other stores under the nandos name could learn from this site! This is how a nandos should be run update waked in place was empty went to the counter to order manger told me to go order from the table- you can’t order a full meal and Jack Daniel’s felt good to shoved off after a 4 hour drive not a fan

walked in on a quiet Wednesday night, not many people dining in and no one in queue.. five staff members completely ignored me for 15mins as I waited to order as if I was invisible. I eventually walked out, but without many other takeaway options I gave them the benefit of my doubt and returned 30mins later, this time was served. Placed my order, then told it was eftpos only. I only had cash on me, so was a complete waste of about an hour of my time.

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to eat here at Nando’s Clarkson store, because I was totally ignored while waiting at the counter to order my meal. After about 10 mins I got fed up and left and went next store to Grilled where their customer service was excellent. Customer service in this store can be greatly improved.

Very slow service! Ran out of chicken at lunchtime! No apology was offered until pressed on the matter. Arrogant response from waitress. Half cooked chicken and stale bread. Very disappointing!

Used to be such a good nandos to go to but recent experiences have been awful. For years I've gone there and had lovely times, even becoming familiar with management but recent staff and management have decided that the customer isn't right when with every other visit I've been allowed extra basting. Then instead of accommodating to a customer's request, they argue and take an aggressive stance after waiting way too long for food.

Tonight I looked forward to connecting with friends over a warm evening meal. In hindsight, looking back on tonight’s regretful decisions to attend Clarkson nandos, I’d like to warn the public away from wasting their hard earned pennys and more importantly worker valuable time. First of all, we waited at the counter to order for 10 minutes before we were greeted with a glance before the worker turned to her screen to take my order. She made feel a nuisance. After a long wait of staring at our food under the hot lamp, our meals arrived in drips and drabs. Disappointed but unfortunately not shocked, half way through my wrap, my belly was starting to fill, but there was room for more. I took a mouthful and almost immediately screwed my nose. My tongue tingled with the tickle of a human hair brushing past my tastebuds. I spit out my food in disgust… as someone who has been humbled by the stresses of the hospitality sector, id like to give the workers the new fit of the doubt to rectify their health and safety breaches with sincerity. To my astonishment, I was victim blamed and shamed and given all but a piece of paper with nandos support number. If I wanted support from telecom I’d have buried my head in my phone. I wanted connection, genuine apology, sincerity and to be comforted by a fellow hospitality worker. Instead I felt like a monster. Like a Karen. I’m hurt, disappointed, and ashamed to have been treated with such little camaraderie.
