Silver Service Real Estate

We have been living in our Townhouse for 2 years and for the first time in my renting life (over 10 years) i have never come across a more diligent and caring agent in Carolyn. We have 2 dogs and from the commencement of our lease she has been nothing but supportive to us and our furbabies they love her lot and look forward to her inspections! I am happy to be a tenant of Silver Service and having nothing but praise for them and are always available if needed.

I wanted to acknowledge the wonderful and professional services of our Senior Property Manager, Carolyn Stephens.Carolyn has been our property manager coming up five years this year and I must say, it has been an absolute pleasure having her as our Senior Property Manager.Carolyn's professionalism and communication on every level has always been amazing.Whilst she is professional on all levels we do consider her like a friend as well, which I think is important with a long term tenancy.We have never had any issues with the home we lease, however with the recent hail storm, we received damage to the roof of the home which caused the roof tiles to break (it is a rather oldish home) so it has stood the test of time.Carolyn treated it with the utmost priority, her team of trades, in particular, her amazing plumber, Paul, who too has outstanding professionalism, treated the matter with top priority and resolved the leak within two days as well as coordinated a plasterer/painter (tiles needed to be replaced and internal ceiling damage was patched up and painted) which alleviated any further damage to the home we love.I know people in most instances prefer to whinge and complain first without sending a thank you, and thought it was time that we acknowledge the great relationship we have with Silver Service, in particular, Carolyn Stephens.Thank you again Carolyn and I would not hesitate to recommend yourself and Silver Service to anyone needing a Property Manager or leasing requirements.Kind regardsPaul and Jacquelyn Richards

Gold star for Silver Service!!!Through the last 3 years of our tenancy, Silver Service has given us the best renting experience we could have asked for.Between the four of us we have rented more than 10 properties in Melbourne over the last 7 years and Sliver Service been so far ahead of any other agency we have ever stayed with its laughable (in a tragic kind of way).The communication has always been prompt and friendly, even outside of hours. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved within days if not the same day. Even little details like moving the tap in the front yard so we didn't run into it every day - without us even asking.Silver service also expertly tended the dual role of serving tenant and landlord. When replacing the curtains throughout, the staff personally inspected the quality of the work and ensured that it was in keeping with the decor of the house, one such example among many!I will always check their properties before renting from another agent and I would wholeheartedly recommended anyone do the same.

Been a very positive experience dealing with the Silver Service Real Estate team.As a tenant, we were looked after very well, all questions answered in a timely manner over the last three years and the high level of service didn't change over time, always spot on, in particular Carolyn was one of the best property managers we've ever had, just so easy to deal with. Silver Service have managed my property for years with multiple tenants. They quickly action maintenance needs & deal objectively with any issues. They have been particularly good during COVID - getting across landlord & tenant situations & encouraging arrangements to manage short term issues and maintain long term relationships.

I can't express enough how happy to come across Carolyn as our landlord. She has been nothing more than supportive to help us with our furbabies. She is always prompted to help us with any issues that we may incour at the property and on my renting experience here and overseas I never had a level of attention that she gives. I can't recommend enough the Silver Service Real State but in special Carolyn (hope all the landlords would be 1% of what Carolyn is). Thanks so much for everything Carolyn.

Horrible experience over email with condescending property manager. I have never came across a property manager I like but these people are especially awful, rude, ignorant and come July they will likely be in breach of the law regarding pets going by the terrible experience I had. They treated me like a second class citizen and didn't want anything to do with me because I mentioned I had a small dog that has lived with me for four years in apartments. They told me I was cruel and didn't offer to show me any other listings that they deemed suitable for pets. I happen to have an amazing rental history with fantastic references and good employment and wage, none of that matters to the ignorant and rude Carolyne at Silver Service. She's a typical priveledge baby boomer who doesn't understand the shifting demographic of inner city renters nor does she care, because she's the font of all knowledge and the gate keeper of limited housing in Melbourne. Do yourself a favour and give this agency a wide berth.

Silver Service Real Estate team is great! Although their name is “silver” service, they actually provide platinum service to their tenants and landlords! I have been renting a property for more than 5 years from this agent. I have liaised with various real estate agencies and Silver service is the best agent I met.Most of my queries and concerns are resolved within 5 days. Noune and Mariam were my key contacts and they are so lovely and professional! I recommended this agent to people I know with no hesitate.

Carolyn is amazing. She is the best rental realtor my partner and I have ever had. She makes you feel looked after and goes above and beyond to support us. When we first met Carolyn we bonded over our shared love of our cats. We joked that our ginger kitty and her ginger kitty must have been separated at birth because they looked so similar and had the same undying love for food and cuddles! You can always trust a fellow cat lady!We couldn't recommend Silver Service highly enough. Carolyn is the best!
