The male staff is very unprofessional. Very unpleasant experience. Just after I entered the store, the male staff who claims he is a dog trainer shouted at my puppy when my puppy tried to play with him. He said my dog was very poorly trained. However, this is not true. In fact, my dog is very friendly to both dogs and people. Compared to the staff at other pet stores such Bestfriends, Petbarn, etc., who really show their love to pets, I don’t think this male staff truly likes pets just from the very unpleasant experience. Maybe other staff are friendly to pets and could provide good grooming for them, but I don’t want to leave my dog at their place. To be honest, whether the grooming is perfect or not does not really matter. To me the most important thing is that I can see the staff like pets and could provide reasonably good service. However, this time I was really disappointed. I won't bring my dog there again.

English is not their first language but don’t let that deter you. They did a great job with our Spoodle. Fist time anyone has given him a poofy tail (his is short) but it looked good.
