I got lashes glue on my skin, a fake lashes glue on more the one natural lash that hurts and I didn’t have time to go back there to complain because I’m working everyday, I left the shop and I lost around 5 lashes, and my natural lashes got ruin. I’m not recommending. I paid $100 for half set. So much regret.

So had a beautiful, relaxing Facial by Shivali. I think I nodded off a couple of times :) it was so nice and with an added bonus of a mini massage to my shoulders, arms & feet. With a full explanation of the products used. Also when I asked if she could do threading & a eyebrow tint, it was no bother. Then when my daughter turned up, I asked if she could do my daughters eyebrows & eyelash tint, again no bother. will definitely be back. So give yourself a treat and book a facial with Shivali you will not be disappointed.

I just had a beautiful anti-age facial experience thanks to Shivali. The added arm and foot massage was awesome. Shivali knows what she is doing in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Highly recommended. Earlier in the week Shivali sorted out my eyebrows and face with threading and waxing. I am very happy!

Highly recommend Shivali..My daughter and I have been getting our eyebrows threaded and now eyelash permed for a year now. We love her, she is always very professional with a caring pleasant nature. We won't go anywhere else!

Shivali was amazing! It was such a relaxing, informative, and beautiful facial treatment.. I felt my facial was personalized to suit my needs . Shivali is caring with such gentle touch. Shivali was in the store by herself and was still prompt and caring while managing 3 customers at once! She really made me feel at ease through the process and was continually checking on me to make sure I was okay. I had my eyebrows tinted and threaded and my eyelashes tinted and she shaped them perfectly! Cannot recommend enough!
