Terribly disappointed with customer service. I was here today Sunday 2:15 pm on the way to Canberra, from Sydney to get a coffee and some refreshments. Waited in the counter for 5 mins. But the girl behind counter didn’t even (say hi/ or just a minute) while she was passing by the counter 4-5 times. I try to get her attention but she saw me standing for so long still choose to ignore and didn’t acknowledge even once.Staff like her should know proper customer service and if they don’t want to serve customers just because they don’t feel like, they should not be in the business.

We have both dined in and taken away. Freshly made food with plenty of salad, great price and tasty, facilities are always clean and staff are always helpful it's our go to stop

Stopped at the Roadhaven cafe a couple times on my recent trips down south.This cafe offers a wide variety of meals and food options which you don’t normally see at these locations. I ordered the Sausage Roll and would recommend.

I would never go back there and I do not recommend this place to anyone, burgers are disgusting, over priced and the girl who served us on 28/12/2022 at 1:50 am has an attitude, so rude and poor customer service. Never go there ever again

Good spot for refreshment, snacks, coffee, Break during long trips. Clean toilets, multi food stores inside. Busy during day only.

Food area was dirty but understandable considering the traffic. Bathrooms were very clean.
