Stay away from Jim's Air-conditioning. Charge a non refundable fee of $141.90 and come out based on information of exactly what the brand and type of air conditioner we have. What seems to be a sub contractor comes and straight away says they don't clean or service these machines, tells us to clean them ourselves and leaves (Less than 5 minutes on the premises). Call to speak to Customer Service" but no one available. Days later still no returned call. I call a scam to get the "call out fee" knowing they won't even do the job. - I suggest people look for reviews before considering.. wish we had done so."
