Lady Bird Noosa

I visited the store on Saturday and met Kathy. I was looking for suitable underwear for a dress I want to wear to my sons wedding, she suggested I bring in the dress and she would help be decide what would work. I returned today and was in the store almost an hour. She worked through all kinds of shapes and options with me, never once making me feel I like was the wrong shape or taking too much time. She also helped me out with everyday bras too. I have to say I am thrilled with the things I bought which I consider an investment as they are so beautiful. I loved Kathy's light hearted approach and sense of humour, however her knowledge is extraordinary. Many of my friends shop here and said it was a gem of a store with wonderful customer service. No wonder it has been around for so long its totally amazing and worth seeking out. Sometimes you think that online or big store shopping saves time and money, if fact they don't.There is no price for the warm welcome and customer service I received today, thank you Kathy.

I was served today by the lovely Kathy. She was so helpful, patient and gave her honest opinion on the fit of the many, many bras I tried on. I will be returning to this store in the future for all of my lingerie needs. Thank you Kathy!

Having lived in Noosa for years I try shopping locally whenever possible. The women at Lady Bird Noosa have always been attentive to my needs. They are friendly and know the merchandise they are selling. Thank you for great customer service.1 week later: Sadly I have to edit this review taking it from 5 stars down to one. Like Sharon Chorengel whose one star review I thought unwarranted I now have to agree. The daughter of the owner has dreadful customer service skills. I enquired about my order and encountered Kathy. I'm sorry your mother has to learn of your attitude in this public forum, but seriously you need to treat customers with a little more respect.....and please never, not ever call me DOLL. This is condescending and outright rude. I will take your advice and from now on do my ordering online.

I visited the Lady Bird store for a bra to go under a specific top yesterday & the staff were very attentive. I was fitted & offered a good selection of options to try. The store's selection was great especially since being a DD / E cup sometimes options are very boring. I ended up leaving happy with 2 new comfortable bras. Thank you!

Thankyou for exchanging ( refunding) when a purchase turned out not quite right. I love to head to this shop when I come to Noosa. Staff really know their stuff! Will always return when Customer service is so good.

The staff at Lady Bird Noosa are amazingly fabulous!!! They were polite friendly and excellent at fitting. The range of of brands and the availability of sizes was astounding. They didn't just have your run of the mill bra brands but also, speciality post op brands and also speciality plus cup brands such as Elomi, Goddess, and Fantasie and if they don't have your size available they order it for you no problems with only a few days turn around. The best bra store I've ever seen!!! What a hidden gem!!!

Outstanding professional and personalised service. I'm so grateful Kathy and these beautiful ladies for their total commitment and persistence! These people really know their brands and showed enormous patience with me to make sure I purchased correctly. There is only ONE place to shop lingerie in Noosa... and beyond!

What a surprisingly awesome experience with Kathy. Trying on bras is such an awkward unfun thing to do but much nicer with Kathy who is knowledgeable, patient and funny. I highly recommend shopping at Lady Bird
