Maddi has been absolutely AMAZING! My hair has never felt or looked better. Salty Hair's salon is beautiful, their products are amazing, the value for your money is fantastic and I love every second I get to spend in that salon! Maddi and her team conduct themselves in a professional yet fun and beautiful manner. Love love LOVE Salty Hair and would never consider going anywhere else again.

It was my first time visiting Salty Hair last week and I had the best experience! My stylist Sarah did such a fantastic job with my balayage and cut, and took the time to understand what I was after and she delivered on it beautifully! I cannot recommend this business enough, it's such a beautiful environment inside, and all the stylists are so friendly and professional.

Absolutely thrilled I went to Salty Hair! The girls are professional yet warm and fun. I left with the best cut and style that I've had since moving to Port Macquarie, 4 years ago. Maddi completely understood what I wanted. Hooray!I'll be back 4 sure. Thank you so much.Oh.... I forgot to mention that the Salon is superb to be in... modern and so clean!

I first saw Madi before she opened her salon in Thrumster as I wanted someone who was very experienced and up to date with the latest techniques in blonde/balayage services. Madi has always provided me with her honest, professional and friendly opinion when it comes to performing services on my hair. I also started seeing Lily when she started at Salty as she is also very experienced and amazing with blonde/balayage services! Bronte & Soph have both always been very welcoming and friendly! They are also starting to create some magic in the salon too! I am such a picky client and I am sad that I have moved away as I really do trust these girls with my hair! I highly recommend them.. and their cocktails too <3!

Salty hair is a whole different experience to what I have ever had before. You are immediately greeted by Maddi who is warm and friendly. She personalises your experience so you are feeling comfortable and treated! She takes her time to understand what you exactly want as hair goals and will not rush the process. I use to have black hair after 10 years of box dying. I cannot get over how she lightened my hair within two go’s. It’s the healthiest my hair has been. Her products are amazing and the massages are to die for.I recommend salty hair to everyone I knowDon’t waste your time anywhere else.

I was super nervous about going in to get my hair done, as a very shy human spending a long time with strangers is sometimes really confronting but the girls were so lovely, welcoming and professional and Soph answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) with joy.I will be recommending them to everyone!Thank you so much Soph and the team for your expertise today! Extremely happy ! They are very professional but with a fun environment. There was a miscommunication and the team we able to resolve it and i left a happy customer. Highly recommend!

Salty Salon can't do my hair unfortunately. They are unable to do the cut or the colour.I usually have a 'wolf cut' but they explained that is a very specialised haircut (!) and none of their stylists are capable of doing it. They also can't do my hair colour as they don't do highlights in 'fashion colours' like pinks/blues/lilacs. One of the stylists has hot pink hair though, so that makes it all a bit confusing.The pricing is bafflingly high given the perceived lack of skills and services. On the upside, Ash does a really lovely shampoo.I'm afraid I have had to find a new stylist a bit further from home.
