Great spot for a cheese tasting. Awesome selection and some of the best cheese I’ve ever sampled. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Booked a morning Cheese and Wine tasting at Hunter Belle with my partner. It was an absolute delight. The cheese, quince and wine pair was perfect for a light brunch.We received excellent service, choreography of the wine pairing and history of the brand was a delight.A highlight of our Hunter Valley trip!

This is a delicious place to visit, and I don't really like cheese. I walked away having purchased three cheeses. There are some unusual options. One we loved had garlic and thyme and seriously tasted like bolognese sauce.The staff are lovely and friendly and know their cheeses, especially as it is a family business. Cheese tasting at the time of our visit was only $5 and we got to try about 6 cheeses.If you like what you taste, then there are bargain packages or you can buy it by the block.There is also delicious gelato there. There is a cafe which is attached, and not surprisingly the menu is based around cheese. There was even a takeaway picnic option. However, if cheese is not your thing there isn't really much on the menu for you and you probably will need to go back down the road 5 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens or one of the other cafes around.

Had fun tasting cheese. Just for 5$ we got following cheese varieties with crackers1. Briebelle2. Ash Briebelle3. Cranberry & Pistachio4. Caramelised onion & thyme5. Ol’smokyAlthough went into it for Pistachio, ended up loving Caramelised Onion & thyme.We bought Onion & thyme cheese and Mango mayo. Would recommend visiting this place if you plan to go cheese tasting.

We stopped in at 3pm hoping to grab a bite to eat and a coffee and we were not disappointed! Ordered two ham cheese tomato baguettes and two coffees. Baguettes were freshly baked which made them SO delicious!! Coffee was fabulous. Staff were all very friendly. Will head back for more during our trip!

Very impressed :-) had a cheese / wine tasting today. We had the good fortune to be served by Shelby who engaged our two young kids (who enjoyed the basic and cheap tasting platter experience) and made such a difference to the experience, learned a few things :-)Highly recommended, the cheeses were varied and fantastic . I’m not a real wine drinker but they were quite quaffable. And really made a difference when paired with the cheeses.Bring a cooler bag, we fortunately did and will enjoy our cheese on the way home whilst the kids eat their gelatoVery recommended, we’ll be back for more

We arrived after the restraunt kitchen was closed chasing a coffee and something to eat, however were attended by a lovely polite and friendly staff. Coffee was great so was the cake only disappointment was not being able to sample their menu which looked great. Cheese selection was also great we have stopped at the Muswellbrook shop previously and love their range.Worth a visit if passing through the Hunter Valley wineries.

Great cheese, great staff and a very welcoming experience. A big thanks to TP & Shelby who went out of their way to give remarkable service and ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Hunterbelle Cheese Room. We had the ‘high cheese’ which was a beautifully presented and generously portioned platter of deliciousness. I highly recommend the Ash Briebelle cheese and the smoked salmon baguettes. Thanks team - we will be back.

Tasty variety of cheeses, I highly recommend the one with onions, the one with smokey flavours and the black garlic. We booked for a cheese tasting session however it was a very quick 5min session. We were hoping to be walked through the history of the family business, the ideas/any stories/inspiration behind the different cheese flavours or types. But all we had was a 30-second run down on the cheese names, surprising as you get a thorough welcoming and intriguing introduction at wineries that are free of charge. The place is clean, well-organised. They sell a cooler bag for $15 that includes an ice pack if you're on the road for a while. Recommend just for a shop.
