Recently deployed 2tel’s office phone system across two adjacent sites. The new system has an intuitive hardware and customer portal, performs well and can be configured for services and functionality well beyond our immediate needs.From the time we agreed to proceed 2tel were clear in setting of expectations for set-up and deployment. Our hardware and services were pre-configured prior to delivery based on our requirements. When 2tel weren’t sure of a particular aspect of our needs they checked in with us to make sure. They didn’t guess. When we received our hardware all we had to do was plug it in and power it up.Minimal (optional) network configuration was provided by Neveco to implement network priority and fail-over rules for the new phones.The compelling reasons that led us to buy from 2tel:- superior product and customer portal to previous providers- competitively priced and works as described- locally based (Tasmania), accessible when we need them- adjacent end-to-end telco and IT support with Neveco, with whom we have built a trusted relationship over prior years.
