Evie is a true old school barber who expertly cuts boys, mens and even ladies hair. Perfect if you're looking for no frills haircut at very reasonable prices. Can be a bit of a wait at times but the charmingly renovated old Queenslander she operates out of is very comfortable and pleasant place to spend some time.

Friendly and efficient will be back again

Evie is awesome always have a good laugh with her, the waiting area has nice an comfy couches to chill out in. I have been going to evie's for a quite a while now an have always had great cuts.

Good service and great price

I saw that there was no appointment necessary so I walked in. I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner and was told that I would need cash. I never carry cash so I walked to Big W to withdraw money and give her time to finish with a customer she was attending to. As I was walking back a younger lad was just in front of me who just turned up. We both sat down and I assumed I was next. Once she had attended with her previous customer she then called to the young lad that had just turned up and attended to him before me. I was in my lunch break so I was restricted with time. It just so happens that I’m indigenous. I will gladly spread the word in the indigenous community not to spend money at this business. Totally unprofessional and I suppose if you come to a hillbilly establishment you will get hillbilly customer service.
